Judi Bola, Mpobos.com – Bournemouth had a really good chance to walk away with something away to Crystal Palace, simply since their opponents were playing with a man less already since the 19th minute when defender Sakho got red-carded.
However, with the exception of the ball possession, there was very little what looked like in favor of the visiting team, as they looked neither creative nor concrete with the ball to their feet.
On the contrary, it turned out to be much more passive game than what was expected, while the team from London taking one of their rare chances in the 76th minute when Schlupp scored the only goal.
This was a fourth consecutive loss for Bournemouth, as the team can’t expect much stronger opponent at the moment now. If anything, they remain two points above the relegation zone but now with the really worrying situation and obvious downtrend.
The home side is set to miss left back Daniels (2/0) and forward King (12/3) due to injuries. Offensive midfielder Wilson (14/6) is not playing against his parent club, while doubtful are midfielder Surman (3/0) and central defender Cook (14/1).
Liverpool mixed their squad a bit since important days are coming to them and busy schedule regarding the Champions League duties too, but it didn’t stop them from trashing local rivals from Everton with a 5:2 result.
The Reds were simply scoring easier than usual and allowed themselves a bit more relaxed approach at the back as well in the first halftime.
In any way, they had two goals lead at the halftime in the very entertaining first halftime, scoring once more in the 90th minute in overall much less interesting second halftime as the Reds lowered down the intensity as well.
They now continue a remarkable run of six victories in Premiership and a 14-1-0 record, being eight points above the second-placed Leicester.
The Reds are set to miss central back Matip (7/1) and midfielder Fabinho (12/1) due to injuries. Goalkeeper Alisson served his suspension and should be starting in this one.
The individual quality difference, team’s form, and morale are completely with the Reds this time.
After a very decent performance of their a bit rotated squad against Everton, some of their key players are set to play in this one and should make a real difference.
Liverpool has important Champions League game next midweek too, but I see it just as a reason more to get the convincing lead and put the game to bed as soon as possible.
